I can't seem to get the FaceGen function to consistently generate player pictures. I've tried both the On demand and On creation options, and I've tried the Update and the Force update options, but pictures are inconsistently produced, with no detectable pattern (one time, the program even crashed when running a forced update). For example, when looking at the day's schedule, some pictures are there, others are not. Same when games are played out, same when looking at stats leaders. I can't seem to figure this one out.
