Ever since I down loaded the new 18.3 Build 40 my pitchers show being tired after as little as 69 pitches on normal rest in the broadcast but not in the lineup area. They do get shelled though if left in the game.
Also the trade between Japan leagues and MLB was deactivated by the patch. Thanks.
