In terms of settings, in the main settings page generating highlights is controlled there, so please verify that that is set correctly. If you are not seeing 3D, please verify that you have 3D movements set to save for all leagues. And when viewing highlights, the in-game options will default to what you view games as normally, so you may need to go watch a game first to get those options set correctly (those are controlled at the machine level, so would have to be set for every computer you play the game on).

Hi Matt. Apologies for the late response. I meant the game I can watch in 3D but there is no highlights option on the main page. Despite me having it set to all of the above on my desktop and laptop. It is a hp i5 but 3D while viewing the game works perfectly I just cannot see the highlights. That is what I meant. The option next to the score on the top right doesn't appear. Hope I am describing it correctly
