When you mention no highlights, is the option for highlights not even being selected, or do you mean when you view highlights you don't see any 3D action?
In terms of settings, in the main settings page generating highlights is controlled there, so please verify that that is set correctly. If you are not seeing 3D, please verify that you have 3D movements set to save for all leagues. And when viewing highlights, the in-game options will default to what you view games as normally, so you may need to go watch a game first to get those options set correctly (those are controlled at the machine level, so would have to be set for every computer you play the game on).
