Round 1 had 10 teams, because of undrafted players I think.
Round 2 had 9 teams, again undrafted players
Round 3 had 8 teams
Round 4 had one team
Round 5-9 had 8 teams
Not sure what happened in Round 4 to cause one team to draft.
