In version 17, I had the game set up so that minor league managers would both set their lineups and put people on the DL when necessary. I'm playing in commisioner mode as the GM, have myself setup that way, but the minor league managers and coaches still don't set lineups and handle their own DLs. Anyone? Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
