Was just about to report this as well. You cant alt-tab out of the game as when you attempt to return, nothing happens. The game is still running according to Task Manager but you have to Force End the game and then reload again.
Currently having to run in Windowed mode.
I am running Windows 7 on a Laptop and running the game through Steam.
