The only sure way I've found to get this info is to turn on Commissioner Mode and go into Edit mode for the player to see his "type". In it's current incarnation, OOTP18 does not provide enough info to understand how the various traits have an impact on things, nor does it provide a simple way to find out the info to begin with.
The new Chemistry screen is a step in the right direction, but it is only summarizing what is/was already available on multiple screens/tabs.
I would like to see a detailed explanation on how the whole morale system works since it does seem to be one of the most common questions asked on the forums.
So far, I've been able to keep it turned on, but only because I use the editor to view the player type, which I view as my scouts and coaches performing their job and asking around about the player to get the details. Doing so allows me to avoid "Cancer, Selfish and Outspoken" players from getting on my roster. That may mean I may skip a valuable player, but it does mean my other players stay happy.
