For example, the Bench Coach is projected to get along well with one Captain and not the other, so it's not Leadership. I got guys under Good and Bad Relationship with high Intelligence and Work Ethic, too.
The only thing I can see is that the guys on the left are older and the guys on the right are younger, and the Bench Coach seems to favor Veterans. But the last guy on the right, Puente, is 33 and has high marks for Leadership, Loyalty, and Work Ethic. What's to mutually dislike?
