No, not exactly, but it shouldn't be too hard to estimate given there are only two groundball labels, along with neutral. That's thirds, in my book, with an extra nod to the assumption- that's all I have -that extreme would be more the rarity. So maybe <40 Neutral, >40<80 Groundball, and >80 Extreme?
In addition, you could look back on a season- or run a few test seasons and actually look at the data -compare the rates and labels and begin to draw your own conclusions.
That's my working guesswork. Where I'm wrong, I'll soon be corrected.
