Not sure if this is a bug or not as I just started playing OOTP a few months ago with OOTP 17.

I loaded OOTP 18 and have started 5 or 6 standard MLB games as GM/Manager and played the out until May or June. The cash available for all major league teams stays at $0 from the start of the game until as far as I played out to. The Budget space available changes a the season goes on, but not cash available. Is there something I'm missing?

I don't remember it being this way in OOTP 17.
