I've had guys who turned into stars who were near the last pick in the draft (Mike Piazza-style). It is far more common for guys to fizzle before reaching the majors, though. It's like real life in that way.
That's an interesting request, and not one I've seen before. It's a good idea, but I don't know if Markus would find it to be a programming nightmare or not.
