Yup, Microleague and Earl Weaver Baseball (1.5) are pretty much the bar for me. MLB2K, The Show... that's just way too much. Sensory overload.
Although I will say the over head press box cam view (NOT the batters eye/behind homeplate cam) in WGT baseball circ. 2013 looks pretty slick and not
too over the top. I suppose that would be the "modern interpretation" of Microleague/Earl Weaver, and not a terribly high bar to shoot for.
