I want to start off with a rebuilding job but how can I tell which teams are happy to do a rebuild instead of expecting play-offs?

I can't see a list of expectations on the select team screen and if I start unemployed that information does not come up during the contract negotiations.

Do I just have to pick a team and hope their expectations match mine or does anyone have a master list of expectations for NHL and CHL teams?
