Thanks, guys. I'm not using real MLB teams, just fictional teams.

Year 1 and 2 were mainly older players, so the roster in Year 4 is quite the turnover from the initial draft.

I don't manage the games, but I watch the final series. I set my lineup and rotation/bullpen before every game, based on the stats and hot/cold streaks.

I always put my three best starters (based on the year's statistics) in the 3-man rotation. Everyone else is available in the pen.

I play talent only so mainly go by stats. I may have a 2.5 star pitcher who is only "Average" across the board in the eyes of my scout, but he's 21-7 with a 3.23 ERA so he'll definitely be one of the three.
