I have been playing OOTP since 2 and run a very productive online league, the Random Debut Baseball League (randomdebutbaseballleague.com).

I would like to do a 20 team league of random debuts using a database seeded with the players from Captain Walrus' All Time Greats OOTP 11 file, and Cooperstown's All Time Nippon and Negro Leaguers....debuting at 18-22 year olds. I would start w/ fictional players filling out the teams and the All Time Greats coming in each year via draft.

I'm guessing there should be about 1800 players in the database and each year we'd have 10 rounds (200 players) of which 75% would be fictionals...so we can go for 36+ seasons or so of entertainment. I have not been able to find any of those quickstarts in 16 or 17 format to use and I have zero knowledge of how to build a random debut database of those players. Anyone who can lend a hand, I promise to see this through to the end and fully credit all help!
