Timezones are set at the home team's city level.
If the game is creating the schedule, you don't need to worry about those as the time is the same for all home teams.
If you're creating a schedule...ootp will show the times correctly...7 pm will be 7 pm no matter where the game is played.
Where you'd have to be careful is when importing a schedule from some other source and you also have to consider how your time zone setting is set in your game. If it's let's say you set it for Pacific time and east coast games are set for 7pm in the schedule..then they will start at 4pm (-3hrs.) in ootp.
For example:
When I do the game's schedules each year (since mlb and milb.com give game times in eastern standard time...I have to subtract 3hours for west coast home games cause ootp doesn't do it auto magically. Same for those host cities in the Mt. and Central time zones.
