2. Portland.
3. Washington DC.
4. Vancouver. Why not go to Western Canada?
5. LAS VEGAS. growing super fast...
6. Charlotte Carolinas deserve a team. If you don't go here, then Nashville?

This gives you 3 Western Teams and 3 Eastern...Or split another way 3 Northern and 2 Southern (With DC going either way.)
