My first baseman is having a bad season, so as the deadline approaches everybody is trying to get me to jump for their failed first-base prospects. And I just traded for a new starting catcher who is young, so everybody is asking for my young backup, assuming he has no future at the team. (Actually, the new catcher might end up being the answer at first base.)
