... okay, your unzip issue:
The Rolen roster is only 1 file so it's probably not that. If there is a problem with the rolen roster zip file I'd suggest it might be an incomplete/corrupted zipfile. In that case just delete the one you have and download it again and that should fix the problem.
About the disk spanning and other error messages: Maybe there is something up with the stadium set you downloaded - which stadium set is it? Maybe it was supposed to come in several sections (that is sometimes done to reduce download size for dial up folks). I would also go back to the site you got the stadium file from and re-read any related info there. Let us know if that does not solve the problem.
