It should be 130 AB, 50 IP, or 45 days on the 25-man roster prior to the expansion of rosters on September 1st. However, OOTP seems to disregard the third standard entirely as I've seen some guys wind up a season with two years and zero days of Major League Service Time and be considered rookies, receiving Rookie of the Month Awards all the way through that second season. This shouldn't be happening, but it may be difficult to code. I don't expand the rosters in September, so I consider any player with 1 year and 45 or more days of service time to be ineligible when I make my three selections for Rookie of the Year.
