They are gone, but will never be forgotten, and someday they may return. Steve Rogers #45 of Nos Amours, the Montreal Expos (#45 before some kid named Pedro arrived in Montreal). As an aside, he wound up squeaking into the HoF in my 41 year random debut historical league - 8 All-Star selections, 3 Cy Youngs, 1 Ozzie Smith Award (Gold Glove), and an ALCS MVP Award. Damn good pitcher IRL. Very underrated. Not HoF good, but damn good. Wish he could've lasted longer than 13 years, but he basically pooped out after his age 33 season.
