This ought to do it.
- 24 teams in 1 subleague, 2 divisions (12/12)
- 146 games (73H/73A)
- 10 games against division opponents (4H/6A x4, 5H/5A x3, 6H/4A x4 - 55H/55A total)
- 3 games against opposite division opponents (3H x6, 3A x6 - 18H/18A total)
- Season is 23 weeks long, somewhat shorter than an MLB season. The 2016 season, for example, begins April 4 and ends September 11
- You didn't mention whether you wanted an All-Star break, so I included it. The All-Star Game should be scheduled on day 100, which is a Tuesday in July just like MLB (July 12 in 2016)
- I didn't pay particular attention to the lengths of homestands and roadtrips, but none of them look ridiculous
- First three weeks and last three weeks are all division games
I built a test league to look at it and didn't see any problems but let me know if anything goes wrong.
