I was all for it when it was announced as a feature, but the reality is that it's mostly there for clutter. Does anyone actually legit use it as a development stop for prospects? And if you do - why not just use the GCL? The extreme slight league modifier differential shouldn't matter in the slightest, right? IMO, and of course MO means very little, but IMO the DSL sounded great in concept, but it's just unnecessary in practice.
