Hey all!! I have had 2 pitchers with 5 star potential who never could get their 3rd pitch ratings high enough to be anything but a reliever. Both had high potential on the 3rd pitch but neither came close to it. Is it best to leave them in the minors, where they will at least start every 4th or 5th game and get their innings in or would it have been best to promote them to the majors and let them relieve against stiffer competition. I appreciate any help.
