Random Fact of the Week: The San Diego Padres have won 14 games in a row and the amazing thing is that they have not played us during the stretch! They just swept the Astros in 3 games, who were in 1st place when the series started. They are doing it with pitching and defense. They have 5 shutouts during the streak and have only allowed 20 runs in the 14 games. Only 4 times have they scored more than 4 runs themselves.
