Are there any changes to the way coaching in your organization works? For instance, I find it odd that you can demote the ML manager to a MiL team without them being able to refuse or demand to be let go entirely instead.

And is there any improvement to the coaching rating system, in that the current method essentially does not even give you the option of evaluating how good a coach is without using the editor?

**An idea I've presented in the past is an 'interview' system that uses a GM skill to 'reveal' how good a coach is in various areas by gathering references and interviewing the candidate. With something like 1 candidate per day or even 1 per every few days as the limit for using this ability, and obviously some fog of war and inaccuracy involved. I play GM only and this would really help enhance the immersion for me.
