I think this is an easy fix and I'm sure it's been suggested already, but the 26th man option for doubleheaders. I'm pretty sure the MLB allows teams to call up one extra player on days when the parent club has a double header. I'd like to be able to call up a spot starter or an extra utility guy if I have a few guys Day-To-Day. It's what the real clubs do.
