There are no farm teams for expansion tems. Your reserve list serves the same purpose though, and players still develop.
For logos, on the start screen click on settings, then customizable data folder. In taht folder clcik on saved games, teh folder named after your game, then the graphics folder. There'll be a folder there to put logs in. Try to make them 150x 150 pixels, PNG format, to fit right.
