Once everything's ready, you choose the "save as quickstart" option on the game (It's only available the first day of the league I believe, so once you sim a day it's gone) and then upload that. I've posted one I did myself before, can check that for reference if you like or even borrow some uniforms. The idea seems pretty cool at least for this.
