Down on the Farm: The International League (AAA) held their All-Star Game (not the greatest scheduling idea to have it on the same night as the major league one....). The following Indianapolis Indians were selected to play: SP Billy Rueter (28 R), RP Freddy Arana (25 R) and C Paul Stewart (26 R). Rueter and Arana have already seen action with the Beavers and Stewart is the next catcher in line to get a shot. He started in the game and went 0 for 2 but had an RBI in a losing cause. Neither of our pitchers fared very well with Rueter allowing a run in his inning and Arana giving up a couple of hits and a walk in 2/3 of and inning.
