Skipping short-A
Howdy folks,
I used to leave promotion between minor league levels to the AI, but after seeing it screw up players careers I'm trying to handle it myself.
If a player has put in a dominant performance in rookie ball, is it a good idea to promote them directly to low-A, or do they definitively need the time in short-A? I've got kind of a rotation logjam I'm trying to sort out.
