pretty sure it goes like this, but maybe some overlap?

the 1.391 pitcher stamina LTM:

This is the one allowing more pitches to be throwin in a single game. PCM for pitcher stamina can do the same thing, but will affect distribution in funky ways when you try to affect a major shift in the curve. i.e. eventually you'd just end up with all 200/200 ratings, while the LTM allows you to maintain an unadulterated distribution curve.

On the left side, dropdown box and not filled with numbers but words:

This affects the time required to recover from an outing - which affects the rotation size. normal will be a 3 or 4 man rotation, i'd guess? the options don't correspond directly to 6/5/4/ etc..

e.g.
if i recall there's low and very low (2 lows). with low, the higher stamina SP can recover in 4 days and if they don't throw "tired" in the previous start. on the lowest setting they are 80's percent if they every 4th day instead of 5th.

if you didn't change' anything and did a typical historical creation, you are fine... if you changed some things or are not sure, simply create a new game of the same historical year and check what the defualts are.. take a screenshot, if neccessary.
