So my owner has a couple of goals he wants me to accomplish.

- Play close to .500 ball this season
- Upgrade at Catcher this season
- Acquire a Great Glove Award winner
- Keep building you team up, in order to reach the playoffs in the next two seasons

From the looks of this team, playing close to .500 ball will be tough. Getting 3rd or 4th in the division would be a miracle with the current roster so this doesn't seem too fair.

Upgrading at Catcher seems pretty vital to this team due to the fact that both catchers on the team look to be pretty bad. Both really have no ability to put the ball in play or have any real defensive prowess.

Acquiring a Great Glove player seems to be tough but plausible. And there's nothing wrong with getting a player with some great defensive abilities.

Getting this team to the playoffs in two years is going to be interesting, especially due to the fact that you have to win the division to make the playoffs. Overcoming Medellin and Bogota is going to be really hard but I hope to at least build this into a contending team.
