I added my custom award icons to the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Out of the Park Baseball 17\data\skins\ootp 17\images
I am using the default skin. If the images directory does not exist, create it.
If you use a different skin in your game, you may need to copy your award icons into the correct skin directory. Example for classic:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Out of the Park Baseball 17\data\skins\ootp 17 classic\images
If I remember correctly, I had to add the award icons, delete the skin.bin file and then restart OOTP17.
