The Initiate trade interface tells me I am not allowed to trade, but I do not know why.

I am the GM+Manager of a high school team, therefore a feeder league. I am pretty sure this might be the reason.

Am I correct? If not, where can I find information on which leagues are allowed to trade? The feeder league also has no tab "Waiver Wire".
