One of the first images I looked for years ago in the Topps archives. NOT there. Maddeningly, the Topps Bay Area photographer was Doug McWilliams and shots of Perry with the A's are in his non-Topps collection which he donated to the HOF Library. Perry went to Oakland on May 20, 1975 and I suspect by the time he was released on August 23, Topps had told McWilliams to never mind, they wouldn't need any images.

Of course with the Byzantine Topps filing system, I could be entirely wrong and Perry/Oakland shots could have been sitting in a used Sbarro bag stuffed behind the filing cabinets and will turn up on eBay next week.
