I've got a schedule challenge that I don't see has been completed before.

162 games
2 leagues with interleague play

5 divisions of 5 teams in each league

* Interleague: 30 games against an entire division (5x6)
* Divisional games: 48 games, or play each team in your division 12 times (4x12)
* Intra-league: 84 games (12x3 and 8x6). I figure you can play 3 teams in each division three times and two teams six times.

Ideally, you'd be able to rotate interleague divisions each year.
