there are two historical face pacs in the OOTP mods. They have pics from the 1890's .... i suppose it goes to current, though i don't know, as i tend to play deadball era or 20's the most.
here's a link on how to install the Mod server needed.

once you get there, click on the file you want to download with the "download" icon .... it will install in correct directory. then, once download is complete, click on the same file, it should say "install" , click on that and they should be in your game. You MAY need to close the game and reopen it for them to take effect, can't recall right off as it's been ages since i downloaded them.
