I'm afraid that I do not- but I would like to find one, myself.

I've tried importing from the Lahman DB before, but I'd much prefer to find an actual set with a more concise group of prospects. I don't expect something of GForce magnitude, as those records aren't as easily found as they are in this day and age. However, the slim resources of the Lahman import make it better suited for replay. Personally, I like having my players enter my farm system before they historically played first at the ML level.
