Hi are you referring to baseball? Most players don't touch the ball often except for the Pitcher and Catcher no matter how good they are. There are many real differences between players
Not sure what you mean by realistic game level players? OOTP is the ultimate in providing a realistic baseball management simulation. So in that sense the players are realistic but only in the statistical output they provide
