I find it hard to believe the Scouting director does ALL the scouting himself and same thing with trainer. I think it'd be cool to hire trainers and scouts as understudies/assistants like on a real team. You can then assign your scouts to certain places to scout international and amateur players. Say you assign a scout to Arkansas and he gets lucky, he might find a player nobody knew about before. Like randomly generated players. Adds diversity to already-generated draft classes. On the player pages it could say "Found by _____" Say your trainer is pretty good but for the life of him cannot prevent or help leg injuries. Hire yourself an assistant who is good at that. I think it'd add a cool game feature and more realism.
