Hi all,

For some reason, I can't get my minor league player maximums to work. I want my lowest minor league to have an age limit of 25, as shown here:

But for some reason, teams still sign free agents above 25 and assign them to the lowest league, like this guy:

Am I missing something, or is this a bug?
