I added a Mongolian namelist to my game by merging the Canadian and French Canadian namelists to make room for one more. I was playing a 'Silk Road Baseball' fictional league and got annoyed that they used Chinese names.
By the way... there should be more ethnicities in OOTP 18. Because making a realistic Central Asian baseball league is just impossible, folks.
