If you want to know how changing the ballpark dimensions will change the park factors, use the Ballpark Creator utility (made by Eriq Jaffe, in fact!). Plug in the existing dimension and weather data, then make your changes. It will automatically update the park factors for you, then you can put those updated factors into the game.
