He isn't the only one - and the problem before was similar - player signed a contract from the team he was drafted by - played in there minor system then was a free agent after the year - unrealistic.

I'm really sorry it took so long to hear back from anyone at OOTP on this.
Does this happen in any league you start or just one specific league?
Also, do you have any special setting enabled other than the default?
Specifically, do you have roster limits on the lowest levels of the minor leagues? Doing so can sometimes cause behavior like this and it's generally the only thing I know of that does.
If that's not the case, would you be so kind as to either ftp your files to us as per the directions in my sig, or else post your league files on dropbox or somewhere and send me a message with a link to them?
