So lets say I want to make Wakanda part of the game....

In the nations.txt Would I put a 1000 in for the African face type if I only want African face types? like so?

#,Wakanda,Wakanda,WAK,Wakandan,1,3,19,100,0,0,0,0, 0,0,1,1000,0,0,0,0
