After years of hard work, dedication, and intense physical training on how to type, I am finally an All Star Reserve! Thank you. Thank you.

That got me wondering, is an All Star Reserve an actual "All Star" or is it someone who only plays in the All Star game in the event that the actual All Star gets hurt or cannot play?
