Historical Minors - if they can't go back to 1901 (i know they weren't associated with any teams then but they did exist) either let us make an association manually, or be able to create our own minor leagues and have them be recognized by the game, even when the "real" minors do appear.
Negro Leagues - not certain how to create them as an Independent but equal league to the majors and be able to trade between majors or other NL teams and then have a WS at the end of a season. If not, make them independent minors that could be manually associated with major league teams.
edit: oh yeah, and the ability to trade players from International complex (at least, to another teams complex).
