My starter just threw a 10 inning CGSO and all I got was a lousy news mail!

The news story was the generic one for any shutout, and no (further) achievement.

I think this should be both recognized in the news as something special - CGSO are common, 10 innings shutouts much less so. Also should be an higher achievement, silver level.
